GROW Community Mental Health Organisation is a mutual help group for people
suffering from depression or any mental health or emotional difficulties. The local group
meets every Wednesday evening, 7.30pm, in Cumann na Daoine, Youghal. Meetings are
based on a 12-Step program and are anonymous, confidential and free-of-charge. For
